Due to nature of  products and service  All Sales are FINAL!!  Please be sure to read full details of the wig description. Wigs are pre-styled and packaged. Please note we are not responsible for shipping handlers or how the pre-styled wig arrives after it leaves our salon.

Custom Units Return Policy

Wig Return Policy Due to the nature of the item, all sales are FINAL on purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS. All custom units are made according to measurement specifications. You have any issues with your custom wig our company is committed to making all necessary adjustments within 7 days of purchase.

 Deposits are Partially Refundable

Deposits are Partially Refundable In the event the customer is not satisfied with the completed product. We will attempt to make necessary changes. If customer is still unsatisfied all refunds are subject to a deduction of production/materials cost/fees of $100 less deposit paid. Please understand Refunds can take up to 10-15 business days to process.​

Payment and Fees

Deposit payment is required before production of all custom units. Full Payment is due immediately upon completion of unit. Units must be picked up within 7 days of completion. After 7 days your unit will be shipped to the most current address on file.
